I recently contacted them to do a quick patch job. They provided me with a quote which I agreed to since I was under the understanding that like most services provided, the actual invoice would be adjusted based on actual work performed.
We supplied the shingles and the two employees were at our property for 45 minutes total. When I received my invoice for the exact same amount as the quote ($490+hst) I was actually shocked. I called and left a message with the receptionist so that I could chat with them about it. I didn't receive a call back.
