Sign fall off with arm. The arm didnt install safe... Just fall off in 4 years... . Lucky no one was on the street and didnt caught the Fire.. The power cord is pull out by the weight. Didnt see the sign owner is really serious about issue... Just saying too busy so i have to keep wait and look for him.. Been a week. So i call him. . He tell me that he will come have a look ..but still on wait And saying may out warranty, so may nothing to do with them.......... I will wait and see what he is going to say...

I recommend this company because they got my job done quickly and professionally when another company dropped the ball. They were fully equipped to handle the entire job from printing to the electrical work and the best part was that when they made a little mistake .... they owned up to it and looked after it! That is the sign of a great company!

Paid 10K for 2 signs in Cache Creek and they left us with burnt bulbs on both. They assured us they would stand by their "Promise" to rectify and that was 4 Months ago with still no results. Reported to the Better Business Bureau and they have not even responded regarding this. Now I have to hire another company to finish the job I already paid BMB for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I give them one star is because I can't post without it and a negative star isn't available.
