Come experience the beauty of the Mountain Golf & Country Club located in the hills of East Mountain. The Mountain Golf & Country Club is a 18 Hole Par 71. Front 9 & back 9 holes are located on opposite sides of the highway with some breathtaking views of the East Mountain Valley. Our 18 hole course is located just minutes of Trans Canada Highway 104 Exit 17.
Our pro shop is stocked with everyday golf items. Our large power cart fleet consists of electric carts and gas carts allowing us the flexibility to offer the majority of our tee times power cart rentals. Our Clubhouse has Men's & Ladies Locker rooms which are equipped with showers and lockers. Our Canteen has a fully stocked bar and a great menu consisting of burgers, sandwiches and some great appetizers.

The Mountain Golf & Country Club was opened in 1969 by a local business man as a nine hole course. It was later transformed into 18 holes. The Mountain Golf & Country Club is settled in the hills with majestic views of the valley and surrounding areas. If you are an avid golfer or just a beginner we have set up the course so all golfers can enjoy their experience at The Mountain.
It sure has been a long time coming, but spring weather is finally arriving in most locations! Golfers in colder regions ideally like to start playing and working on their games in March so that when April rolls around it doesn't feel like they're learning how to play golf for the first time. The bad news is that many are getting a late start this year because of what seemed like an endless winter.
We offer a great atmosphere for your apres golf, with our fully stocked bar that gives you many choices whether it be a beer, draft, coolers, cocktails or everyone's favorite our Mountain Caesar. Our Mountain grill menu offers some great meal choices as well. Our Large Deck that that overlooks the 18th & 9th Holes allows our guests to watch some great shots being made while enjoying a great apres meal & beverage.
Our staff is here to assist you with all your needs to make your day on the course an enjoyable experience. Mountain Golf Club will meet all your prizing needs for your Corporate Event. Our staff is well informed and will offer any advice they can when it comes to your needs for your event. We want your event to be the best and that is why we take the time to provide the service necessary for your event to run smoothly and efficiently.
The ability to reserve tee times up to seven days in advance for members and guests using blocked Tee Times dedicated to the Members For Members. Golf is a very social game and the way to have more fun is to get involved with everything that goes on at the club. League play, couples night, senior league, tournaments are all part of a busy schedule that takes place at Mountain Golf & Country Club.

I live in Halifax, but I became a member this past year, as I have always liked this course when I paid green fees over the years. I enjoyed this past year very, very much and despite not being the greatest of golfers, I played over 50 very enjoyable rounds. I want to point out that the owners, staff and grounds keepers at this course are all top notch and among the best, always greeting me and my golf buddies with a smile and a friendly word and enjoyable conversation on and off the course. Thank you all for the great times. I look forward to next year.
