Services
An important step in maintaining your pet's health, our annual exam allows us to keep an eye out for potential diseases, and make sure their behaviour and weight are normal and healthy. Vaccines can play a significant role in your pet's preventive and wellness care. We create individualized pet vaccination programs that address the unique health needs of each patient.
We are happy to provide an array of individualized services for patients of all stages, from puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. Along with performing a thorough physical examination, our veterinarian will discuss any health concerns with you and provide you with counselling on a range of topics including behaviour concerns.
Our in house digital (CR) x-ray system allows us to obtain crytal clear images quikly and efficiently, so that the experience is as easy as possible for your pet. This allows us to perform point-of-care diagnostics such as blood work and urinalysis with a rapid turn-around time for patients who are ill.
By spaying your female cat or dog, you're not only preventing pregnancy but also protecting her against potentially deadly diseases, including life-threatening infections, reproductive tract diseases, and several types of cancer. By spaying your pet you are also helping to control pet overpopulation, which means keeping more cats and dogs out of shelters.
Dental care is important for your pet's health, quality of life and longevity. We are equipped to provide an array of dentistry services for your dog or cat, including scaling and polishing, simple and complicated extractions, and home care recommendations to keep your pet's mouth healthy and pain-free.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value
Very professional, kind and patient. Always advise you of costs before procedures are done and Dr. Nicole always takes the time to explain everything in detail. We’re very lucky to have such an amazing vet clinic so close to home.

Yesterday I took my French bulldog to the AVC for the first time. I had expressed my worries of her previous vet wanting to sedate her for nail trims. AVC took the time to calm her, hold her just like I do for her home pedis and she was great. They are now our vet for our two dogs. We couldn’t be more pleased!!”
