I was there at the service department today with a tire that was under warranty I paid 35000 cash for the car there in July and then had to wait 6 hours for the tire and I had to fight with them in order to get the warranty it is my last Honda Civic to ever buy it is the worst service department I have ever seen in my life I would never ever recommend anyone to buy a vehicle there

We were looking for a car and found a red ex-t, they were supposed to fix it up and said it would be done the following thursday, they texted me that thursday when we were supposed to come get it and said it was sold tuesday, absolutely ridiculous, and the managers wont even respond to messages or anything, wont be buying my car here.
