I ordered a bus panel from these guys and initially I was told 7-10 days. After 6 weeks I was still waiting. I contacted them usually twice a week to check the progress and was met with various stories including: in transit, now it wasn't in transit and they're sourcing it, etc. I called Maxim Truck and they had it here the next day. I truly believed that if one dealer couldn't supply a part none of them could. I guess I learned something new. I'll give you one star because I do appreciate the education.

Brought one of my dump trucks for a starting issue we kept having. First off they answered the phone on Saturday. Second after I told them the issue and the fact I really needed the machine they got us in right away. Thirdly the pricing was absolutely reasonable. Service and workmanship was amazing.
