I received a beautiful flower arrangement from Flower Parade. The day after I received it some of the flowers had turned brown and wilted. I contacted them and they were quick to resolve the issue. Great customer service!! I would definitely recommend using this company for flowers, they offer stunning arrangements and stand behind their product.

This flower shop is amazing! I honestly can’t thank them enough how fast they got bridal bouquets ready for my mothers wedding. It was a last minute wedding due to the covid lockdown and in less than 16 hours they had beautiful bouquets ready for a good price. Thank you again for helping my mother on her special day!

My Mother and I recently ordered funeral arrangements and were extremely happy with the flowers. We had some special requests and substitutes and didn't really know what to expect but when we arrived at the funeral home we were pleasantly surprised to see that both arrangements exceeded our expectations. Called during the busiest weekend (Valentine’s day!) to have same-day sympathy flowers sent. The person on the phone was helpful and accommodating (I told her my budget, what kind of arrangement I wanted - vase; roses; carnations). She even managed to go the extra mile and send me a picture of the arrangement (I wanted to see what they would look like) before delivery upon request. Although a little on the pricier side, I think it is worth it for the money to support local florists. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers picked are good value for the price paid. Kyle came through for us in a huge way. He was able to deliver a huge order of beautiful flowers for a funeral on less than 24 hours notice. He called us to reassure us that the flowers would be ready for my grandfathers funeral as soon as he was finished with them at 10pm the night before.

I was very happy with their service and the flowers that were delivered. We needed quite a few flower arrangements with short notice but the florists were very helpful and accommodating with our budget and requests. We didn't have specific flowers we wanted but we had specific colors we needed. Everything arrived on time and the arrangements were beautiful, flowers used were beautiful and so fresh. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.

I came in and ordered a bouquet within a specific price range, and all I was offered was ONE type of bouquet. I was not even offered a freshly made bouquet, rather a pre-made one. There was no effort or skill involved when making the sale. How does a flower shop sell only ONE type of bouquet? I am disappointed.

Flower Parade is a family owned business and they are able to create elegant pieces for weddings, events, personal and corporations. Flower Parade is reliable and they make sure the creations meet the high standard of quality. Roxy Zapala is very patient and helpful with floral selection, and she works in a professional manner. I had a short time frame to choose, order and have two sets of floral arrangements delivered. Ordered by 10.30am and flowers arrived by 3pm as promised.
I did some comparison shopping and noticed the prices are quite good and delivery (local Mississauga) is the standard $10 everyone else charges. I even called after placing my order online to see if they could accomodate a different colour palette. The lady on the phone was pleasant and even thanked me for calling her to request the customization. She was so happy to oblige! I received pictures of the flowers delivered and I was delighted

It's owned by a family and they REALLY love flowers. They have delivered flowers for me MANY times.
The prices are a bit high, but it's the quality that you pay for.
They have the most beautiful flower shop. It's almost as if your walking into the garden of Eden.
They decorate so beautifully. Nothing crazy and overtly flashy. The younger daughter does a beautiful classic decor for my annual Lillie's.
I highly rec commend using them for any sort of delivery or gift. Every person on the staff is extremely polite and will help you if you let
