Aitchison Law Office is a family-run general law firm that offers services in real estate, family law, wills and estates, business law and immigration. As Oshawa lawyers, we also represent clients in many areas of litigation, including contract disputes, wrongful dismissals, tax appeals and other appeals.

We are a father and two daughters, with several decades of combined experience. We understand that for many of our clients, deciding to come to a lawyer is not an easy decision to make. Expensive and no results
We were promised a good outcome for my husband's divorce had all the necessary paperwork and proof and got less then what we paid her
All she cared about was being paid and not fighting for my husband.
Would NEVER recommend this office.

We were never aloud our entitled vacation time and not always our regular visitation time by my husbands ex. We went to Kelly to clean this up and also to pay the support arrears accumulated over 10 years. She put up very little fight over the money- which is ok since money is not important. But we were advised to pay up and then we would deal with visititation issues. During this time we missed TWO scheduled vacation with our daughter. Both times we called/ left voicemail multiple times to get advice on how to proceed. Calls were never returned thus the vacation lapsed without our daughter attending
