You may need drainage around your buildings, or somewhere else, I'll get your yard fixed up with the landscaping and dirt levelling you need. My track Bobcat works very well for making the desired grade, getting in and around tight spots, and general clean up etc. Do you need trees trimmed or cut down before they damage your house?
