If I could give Touch of Gold a million stars I would. My story is long, but I'll try to keep it short.
I designed my ring with the help of a designer in Ontario. I was proposed to in March and by May my stone was loose. The designer said minimal movement is normal and then stopped answering me. As a nursing student, I wore my ring at home and to the grocery store, never to work or for any activities. I am also HIGHLY inactive haha, most of my exercise comes from running around a hospital. I don't go to the gym or play sports (music gal here!).
Anyway, my stone fell out in November and my original

I just wanted to say that I've had amazing service with this store for Christmas shopping during covid. I called to ask a question about a product and ended up texting with an employee over the course of a couple months to finalize what I needed and it was ordered in for me. I was able to pay over the phone and pick up was easy. I didn't get to meet MB that was helping me out but I wanted to leave a review to say thanks

For the past 20 years I would've given this store, their staff and Don 5 plus stars. My husband and I have purchased a diamond ring, 2 wedding bands, a diamond pendant, and a tag heuer watch. I've given them referrals which have lead to the purchase of a diamond ring as well as a high end necklace. I came to Nova Scotia for vacation and brought my… diamond ring in as it needed repair. I was told by 2 different associates that it shouldn't cost more than $500. I told Don that was fine but if it was over that to give me a call. After dropping a couple hundred bucks on a gorgeous birthday present watch elsewhere, I was hoping to have it properly sized before wrapping it up. Rather than attempt to find a watch shop, I stumbled upon Touch of Gold in Spring Garden Place and thought they could help.
Between two very friendly and helpful staff, they put a solid 20 minutes or so into matching the length with the original watch that I swiped on the sly for comparison. Links came out, links went back in...it was a process.

If you are in the market for a custom made wedding engagement ring or a Swiss made wrist watch. Touch of gold will have you covered every step of the way. Ask for Don. Don has been with the company for a very long time and he is an expert sales person who would be happy to help you. I have not purchased anything in years from the store but every now and then he shoots me off a personal e-mail just to see if he can be of assistance or to let me know about new arrivals at the store.
