We'd just bought a home and were in the undesirable position of heading into the winter season with a non-working geothermal system. First, the McCrea technician got the back-up system working again so we at least had some heat. Then McCrea's helped us get an energy assessment done as part of applying for a NRCan's Greener Home Grant to help off-set the cost of a new system. They communicated with us every step of the way and were extremely responsive when we had questions. We are now toasty and warm even though it's -20C outside. We're very happy with McCrea's and highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with McCrea’s Climate Care and highly recommend their service for all heating and cooling systems. We are so impressed with McCrea’s customer service. We appreciate the technicians’ attention to detail as well as the knowledge and advice provided by the comfort consultant. Condensation was dripping down our windows and a major problem with our air exchanger was diagnosed, so, it was replaced with a brand new HRV unit. The whole process from ordering to installation was done very quickly.

McCreas installed a propane furnace to replace an oil system a few tears ago and perform annual maintenance. Excellent service always. They just installed an A/C ( perfect timing!). The installers were prompt, polite and very professional. The equipment is very quiet and has cooled the house down very well. I am a very satisfied customer.

What a pleasure it was to deal with McCrea’s! We just moved to Arnprior a few days ago in the midst of a heat wave and were disappointed to discover our AC was not functioning very well. My family who lives here suggested we must contact McCrea’s. Received a call back ASAP in the middle of many AC issue calls I’m sure! The office team was friendly, efficient and we knew they were going to take care of us! Tech team arrived next day! Chris McCrea went above and beyond to investigate and provide us with options. He checked on us that evening and got our work order rolling well after hours!

Our furnace and air conditioning units were more than 20 years old and not working efficiently. Last year we had McCrea's install a new gas hot water tank and we really liked their service. So this year there was no hesitation on our part to have them install a new furnace, AC unit and also a gas fireplace in our rec room. The installers were very professional, polite and took great care not to damage any walls. They cleaned everything up after a 2 day project.
We would highly recommend McCrea's for all your heating and cooling needs.

McCrea’s Heating provided an excellent service for our propane conversion from our existing oil heating system. Will Clayson’s estimate for competitive and saved us money in the long run. Will went above and beyond to help us with our project. The installation was professional. Chris, Adam and Kyle were personable, did excellent work and we couldn’t be happier with the work.
