Express Entry candidates who obtain a provincial nomination receive an additional 600 points toward their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score and are effectively guaranteed an Invitation to Apply (ITA). We review your individual situation, and advise you on the various immigration programs provinces and territories have to offer.
Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents may sponsor eligible family members. We offer services for all Family Class Programs, children, spousal or common-law sponsorship from inside or outside Canada, and sponsorship of parents and grandparents, including representation at the Immigration Review Board.
Permanent Resident status based on Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) Grounds is only possible under certain circumstances. H&C provides the flexibility to grant permanent residence status or a permanent resident visa to certain foreign nationals who would otherwise not qualify in any class. There are some restrictions with respect to examination of applications for H&C consideration.
Study at one of Canada's Designated Learning Institutions and acquire a world class education. Upon completion of a Study Program you may be eligible to apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit. Foreign nationals are required to obtain a study permit for engaging in academic, professional, vocational or other education or training that is more than 6 months in duration at a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada.
