These guys are basically holding our truck hostage it was impounded and was able to get it out yesterday but they won't take our money and said that they decided there going to be closed till Monday so will have to wait till then. Biggest scumbags in this town I'd like to have a private chat with them in a dark alley

They smashed up our car on March 10th and have been ignoring every effort to get it fixed. These companies have insurance for things like this, but they will not answer phone calls and keep telling us the owner isn't available and it's really busy. DO NOT USE THIS YOW COMPANY.

Unbelievably horrific experience with this company. In the towing industry most companies will help each other out or at least TRY and work with one another. I cannot say the same for this company. The girl who deals with the phones needs a lesson in dealing with people.. (terrible,terrible attitude) I was 7.5 hours away from up north and on route to there yard to pick up a vehicle. I had some issues with my vehicle and had a bit of a set back. We called and offered to pay a gate fee for a late pick up. You think she would consider it even a little bit ? Nope not a chance!
