I used Rooted Tree Services to remove a 20ft cedar from my back yard which leaned to 30 degrees from the strong winds in December. They were on time and very quick and efficient. After the job was done they cleaned up my yard. The pricing was very competitive and, being sincere, in future I would just call them and not even bother speaking with anyone else. These folks were fantastic.

I called and they came within the hour to give me a estimate, I had one tree with a large broken branch that needed to be cut down and another old birch tree to be removed. They gave me an estimate of $1000 to remove the broken branch and $1400 to remove the birch tree. These prices are ridiculous. How does a company justify these prices. $1000 to remove a branch and $1400 to remove a tree. I won't be using this company nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We needed a lot of tree work done on our property so on September 16, I contacted 3 different tree service companies to get quotes and suggestions. Two showed up the first week and had available time slots to perform the work. I held off to give Rooted Tree Services more time. Big Mistake, after many calls, I just ended up texting Rick as he requested photos of one of the trees before sending an estimator. I texted the photos the next day and then no response. After waiting several days with no response, I texted again and was promised they would come that week. Of coarse no one showed up, no calls
