We switched over to Safe Tech about 8 years . From the initial sales call "meet and greet" to the present time, we have had a great relationship with every person we have had to speak. It may have been a battery issue or a panel issue or trying to keep the ever changing list of contacts updated, and without exception -every staff member has been friendly and very efficient. Our only wish is that we could have made the move earlier.

I have been using SafeTech for many years. I decided to upgrade my alarm system to today's technology. I placed a call to Sharon and let her know my requirements. Within a few days I had a keyless entry system and camera with voice doorbell. Always a pleasure dealing with the SafeTech team. I have subscribed to their home monitoring service for over 10 years. I have always found them to be prompt and courteous in any dealings I have had with customer service, billing, and technicians. Importantly though their monitoring team and programs are very good. I have triggered the system or system failures and they have always called to check in or to provide input. They ask twice if I'm ok! That comforted me in case we were ever in a situation. When a "contact" fell off in the house and triggered alarm, I was not home, they sent someone right away. I would highly recommend safetech. Reasonable

We have had our residence alarm with this company for close to 20 years. They are reliable, respond promptly when we have screwed up on the code, etc. They are on the ball. Few administrative glitches over the years hence the reduction in star pointage but they are extremely reliable and prompt/alert. Good peace of mind, which is important, especially when we travel.

These guys are scammers. They provide NO SECURITY SERVICES WHATSOEVER as they outsource the monitoring to a 3rd Party. They are a sales agency with ridiculous cancellation policies. They do not return calls. They have no actual access to your alarm account activity and would not be able to provide any detail of your home or business environment.

We had a break in at our business and I was contacted within a minute. Advised them I was on my way and that dispatch authorities. I arrived in 20 minutes to find my front window smashed and no one to be found.
The guard service showed up in about an hour and advised that they could only wait 20 minutes because their contract with Safetech only allowed them to do so.
My sales rep took a week to provide the details of the series of calls but expressed not an iota of remorse for the horrible response.
Buyer beware; they over promise and under deliver!
