These people are so lovely. I called in the morning to ask about getting my trailer unlocked and the woman on the phone was so welcoming. I was actually looking forward to going because she was so nice. When I got there the staff literally jumped out of there seat to come do the service right away then didn’t charge me a thing. It really made my day. So prompt and professional even when they aren’t making money off you!

Red Deer Lock & Safe was quick to get to my place in Lacombe to re-key all my locks after I purchased a new home. Stewart was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. And most of all, the price was WAY less than I expected. I would highly recommend this business.

Called yesterday to see if they'd be able to resurrect my broken mail key. I asked how long it would taken and the guy said hmmm 35 seconds. Then for 2 keys to be made he said hmmm 25 seconds I was impressed!
Came in today around 3pm and literally took all of one minute to re build my broken key and duplicate it :)
Really nice guy there he even put it back on my keychain to avoid ruining my nails :P

How they make a go of it in Red Deer when there business ethics are so out to lunch is questionable. We had huge issues with the quality of work done so phoned the owner (Kevin) to let him know about it, he would rather argue with his clients than do the right thing and do a few small adjustments ! and then to add insult to injury he hung up on my wife who is the most calm polite individual ever. To say the least I'm disappointed in this two bit company, steer clear and avoid the aggravation.
