We hired Capital to do some serious deadwooding on a massive Arbutus tree. The job was less than half complete when they left with no word, no approval or conversation. Work ticket submitted as complete, followed by a phone call asking us to pay our bill. LOLZ. No calls for rescheduling for 2 weeks. After some pursuit the job was completed, and completed well. The return crew was beyond amazing. They delivered exactly what was expected the first time, asking how we liked the job etc... Our tree is new again, our yard amazing. Thanks for eventually doing the job right ..

Capital Tree Service along with their owner, Steve Taylor, really stepped up to help out a local charity "Community Living Victoria" by donating his time and equipment for them to hold a Christmas Tree Chipping for Charity. This was the not-for-profit's first fundraising event of this type. They have had all of their previous events stopped due to Covid-19. Capital Tree Service showed up each day. They also left their truck and chipper each day in order to draw attention to our event, as the size and presence of the truck and chipper no doubt made a difference in attracting people to our site.

This company is out trimming the trees all over Brentwood Bay today and they are doing an excellent job! Very tidy work and respectful of everyone’s yard. My husband was out watching them and was very impressed. If your trees need some attention, from what we’ve seen today in our block doesn’t hesitate to call them, I know we will.

I asked for an estimate to remove a dead, infested portion at the top of my birch tree. Robert came out quickly and we discussed the job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
I was impressed, we shook hands and I gave home the go ahead. Even with all the snow and inclement weather we experienced lately he made our job a priority. With small break in the weather he and his crew got the bucket truck and chipper to my property and did a great job.
Will use them again and I highly recommend them!
