Services
The FSW category is prescribed as a class of persons who are skilled workers, who may become permanent residents on the basis of their ability to become economically established in Canada, and who intend to reside in a province other than Quebec. Your work experience must be either Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or Skill Level B on the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC).
A foreign national can be sponsored as a nanny (live in caregiver) via Canada's Live in Caregiver Program and must meet both the requirements outlined by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada AND Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). Part of the eligibility criteria for a Canadian Live in Caregiver visa is possessing good English and/or French language skills.
The Start-Up Visa program grants permanent residence to immigrant entrepreneurs while assisting them to become established in Canada. No more than five foreign nationals may apply for permanent residence as part of the same business venture under the Start-Up Visa Program.

The applicant must pitch a business plan to more than 50 Canadian entities designated by the government to participate in the program, including venture capital funds, angel investor groups, as well as Canadian business incubators programs.To qualify for PR under the program, the applicant must secure at least $200,000 from venture capital funds or $75,000 from angel investors.
The Immigrant Investor Venture Capital (IIVC) Pilot Program replaced the federal Canada Immigrant Investor Program, providing a route to Canadian permanent residence for high-net worth individuals. Candidates with a legally acquired net worth of $10 million or more must invest $2 million in the Immigrant Investor Venture Capital (IIVC) Fund for a period of 15 years with no guarantee of a return.
As per (IRPS, s 3(1)(d)). Section 12(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) the key objective is "to see that families are reunited in Canada". Therefore, family class migration is also considered as one of the pillars of immigration. This class includes a variety of relationships, which fall under the criteria of a family class.
