Abbey Collision is an ICBC accredited collision repair auto body shop serving Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley. We offer free estimates, claim services, and courtesy cars. We repair all makes and models of vehicles using state-of-the-art equipment and information systems to ensure both safety and aesthetic restoration.
While everyone wants their vehicle coming back "looking" as good as new, our first priority is your safety. The exterior of newer vehicles is made to absorb impact. This makes the vehicle safer for occupants but also makes it impossible to know the true amount of damage after a collision from just looking at the vehicle.
I was referred to Abby Collision by Mike J. and I am most grateful for the referral! My ICBC claim on my SUV was handled with speed and excellent customer service. We were very impressed with their communication and the convenience of exchanging vehicles. When the work was completed you could not even tell where the damage had been.

I was recommended to use Abbey Collision, following hit and run damage to my vehicle, by my regular mechanics at Dolphin Automotive.
I dealt with Wade and also Sue at the front desk. The customer service was excellent and the finished repair on my Subaru was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to use Abbey Collision and should it ever be necessary, I would again without hesitating.

Alex the employee who figures out what repairs your vehicle needs, misses things. When you bring the missed repairs to her attention she says oh my God I can't believe we missed that. Tells you she will contact ICBC about the problems then continues to act like she can't figure how she missed the repairs and now today says she knew about the repairs but didn't fix them because they are not from the accident. So anyone thinking getting your vehicle fixed here should definitely go somewhere else.

I've taken my last two cars here, both for windshield / window replacements.
Both times they've done a perfect job on the glass, washed the outside and cleaned the inside of my car, and either driven me to work, or given me a loaner car for the day.
You really do leave feeling like they went above and beyond. Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I've been a customer in the past without issue but today I called in for a quote and the girl on the phone started demanding my vin #. I gave the model, make, & year but apparently this wasn't enough for a quote or even a rough estimate. She started to get upset that I was suggesting this was possible haha. Called Insta Glass in Abby afterwards and was given a quote with the model/make/year in seconds.
Won't be using these clowns again.

My family has been dealing with Abbey Collision going back years and years, and in my experience, they've always gone the extra mile with exceptional customer service. With my most recent visit, they've continued to be fantastic and they were quick to repair my car. They'll fix our vehicles while also cleaning and polishing our vehicles too. They are efficient, fast, and thorough. They've always ensured courtesy cars were available. They are professional and fantastic!

I had minor damage on both side of the my Volvo XC60 from cars brushing against it so minor dints and paint. One was insurance and one was private and they did an excellent job at a fair price compared to another quote I got. What I really liked was the friendliness of dealing with a family business. When I picked it up the car was beautifully detailed as well with all the stuff they found in a bag. Very happy client

Fantastic place my Toyota was keyed all over and they went above and beyond what I expected for a complete paint Job. Went to another body shop before I went to Abby C. and first place missed some damage and was uncertain as to how to take pictures of a car. I called a friend and he told me to go to Abby. I am so glad I did my car is absolutely beautiful! They got me a rental car all I did was show up and drop off my scratched car (all Over). picked it up a few days later. Highly recommend them the young estimated was really good and detailed.

Abbey collision is the best! These people go above and beyond the call of duty. Mike is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned . I can't say enough about these people. Thank you mike and all the guys that helped me with my truck last night!! They had my new back window brought in within a few hours of my accident and stayed late on the Friday of a long weekend to install it for me!!! We even still got to go camping!!
