We could not be happier with our Local Flooring Group experience! We recently did a kitchen/main floor reno and purchased our flooring and kitchen backsplash from Local Flooring Group. The entire team was so easy to work with and went above and beyond in every way. From letting us take samples home for as long as we needed to providing expert advice on installation (we were first time DIYers). When they did not carry the specific tile that I was looking for in store, Nicole took the time to source exactly what I envisioned. We could not be happier with the products that we got! I recently had Local Flooring Group replace all of the flooring in my 955 sq ft condo. When Todd came to take the measurements he was very thorough and made me aware of all the potential problem areas he noticed. He was very open and honest about what may or may not work and any additional costs I may be looking at, such as leveling the subfloor. Kaitie and Greg did the removal of my old flooring and installation of the new flooring and they did a phenomenal job! First off, I have to say this is a very unique store! Beautiful flooring and tile! Unfortunately my wife and I had a bad experience. My wife purchased flooring two days ago and called in to be curtious to let them know we no longer needed the flooring. The lady she spoke with said she would get back to her about the return but never called my wife back. So, I went down to the store with the flooring (boxes unopened and still in the vehicle) and was told they would not give us a refund. The lady pointed out the small print on the receipt stating no refunds. My wife was not told this when she purchased

Five Stars! Just had floor tile installed and am so happy with the experience all the way round. So nice to see a young couple working hard to succeed in difficult times. Staff were all super to deal with. Special thanks to Brooke. Our installer was amicable and efficient--thanks Byron. And I can't forget Maya, the tripod tail-wagger that greets us in the lovely showroom.
