Here at Bone Physiotherapy & Wellness our Purpose is to get you moving pain free and living well. Our mission is to help clients understand why their body is hurting or not working properly and to assist them in regaining a symptom free and functional lifestyle. We aim to empower our clients how to make the changes needed to feel better and stay that way.

Stephanie has taken a wide variety of post graduate courses. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association's Orthopedic and Women's Health divisions. Stephanie continues to advance her hands on manual and manipulative therapy through the Orthopedic division. Stephanie strives to empower her clients with the knowledge and confidence needed to live well.
One of the most important aspects of our care is to help you understand how your body is working and how you can make changes to make it work better. Often the first step to healing is understanding what tissue or system is involved and understanding your body's anatomy and physiology. We then strive to teach you how to stop aggravating your tissues with everyday activities and train you how to do things in a different way.
You can expect that the Physiotherapist will do a detailed history, observe how you move, perform physical measurements and share the assessment findings with you. In order for the Physiotherapist to see how your body moves and properly assess the area to be injured you may want to bring comfortable clothing such as a tank top or shorts to the assessment.
