Once they take your money for a new car you are on your own. All the problems with my Qashqui they told me are normal. Ac not working, stereo not working, high beam lights dim under acceleration, rusting around the window on the back hatch and inside the doors, smoke coming out the vents, heater vents and carpet full of water because AC isn't… working properly. You are better off going to Walmart and buying a bike then dealing with this Car sale shop, it is not a garage because they dont fix anything. We were having difficulties dealing with the service department of the dealership where we bought our truck (not Clarenville). We couldn't get warranty work satisfactorily completed even though paying over $2500 for extended warranty nor could we get quality basic service work done. We were considering trading in for a different brand even though we love the truck and we'd loose on a trade. We also needed a car but because of our poor service experience, we bought a Honda CRV rather than the Nissan Rogue. Worst service manager, simple tasks can't be completed as requested. ive been waiting for tires for over a week. they were supposed to be at another hickman dealer last week they were never dropped off. no one can answer questions as to why they weren't delivered as promised. absoultely the worst service from any dealer ive ever encountered going back wish i would have never purchased a nissan.

Terrible,absolutely terrible. Would not recommend Hickman Nissan Clarenville unless you want terrible service don by mechanic that don’t know what they are doing. Inappropriate sarcasm and mechanic called my wife a liar. Finally getting service now but I am sure it’s only because I have contacted Nissan Canada.
