Services
A freestanding sign is a sign that is self-supported in a permanent, fixed location, unattached to any building. Usually useful for yard or lawn signs, these types of signs can come in the form of monument signs, pole signs, and pylon signs, to name a few. Most generally, they are a flat panel attached to a vertical pole and remain a versatile and effective way to promote your business, services, and products.
Freestanding signs may be some of the oldest - if not the oldest - forms of advertising. Yet in age of social media, search engines online advertising, signs are still some of the most effective and efficient forms of getting your message out into the world. Why? Because you simply cannot avoid freestanding signs.
Nostalgic and eye-catching, neon and neon signs have great appeal and are still a favorite any time of day - especially at night. Triad Sign has been Victoria's neon sign company since 1992, listening to your needs and aligning our efforts to meet your needs. Fabrication and glass blowing are still done by hand, in our plant, and neon signs are available in many colors.
At Triad Sign, Victoria's one-stop sign shop, we design and custom fabricate all types of illuminated signage for your business including neon signs, channel letters, and backlit fascia signs. We can then install the sign for you, too, as well as take care of any existing sign removal. Any type of sign with a lighting component is considered an illuminated sign.
Channel letters are a very popular form of exterior signage. Modern channel letters are backlit with energy efficient LED's instead of fluorescent. Triad Signs can fabricate any type of Channel Letter signage to any specification, shape or size. Reverse Channel appear as halo lit letters, available in any colour and size from 6" to 60" height.

It's great to have a community sign company such as Triad to deal with when there was a last minute requirement for specific signs showcasing the Rock n Roll For Little Souls Show. Triad not only provided banners and signs in a timely fashion prior to the official opening, but did so under budget and contributed to the fundraiser as a sponsor. We were very grateful to management for their support and the crews who installed the signs and banners.

Over the years, Triad Sign has provided our non-profit Little League with immeasurable help by repeatedly donating labour and materials for banners, sandwich boards, and other signage, without which we would have difficulty attracting new players and retaining corporate sponsors.

First of all I want to thank Mr.Alf Styan (Co Owner/Manager) for his compassion and generosity for supporting Recovery Day Victoria 2017 as all marketing signage was sponsored by Triad Sign.
Being on a tight deadline, the "Triad Sign Crew" delivered our two vehicle signs and our poster template quicker than you can blink an eye considering how busy they were! I will personally take my business there shortly and strongly recommend "TRIAD SIGN".

Triad signs are the only ones to deal with! I work for a non profit and we needed some signs taken down and the owner Alf jumped in and said he'd be happy to help. All that and he refused to give us a bill. His two man and two trucks spent two and a half days doing this job and they even moved them to where we wanted them stored. Triad sign and the guys ROCK! Thanks again!

Last big wind storm our large sign broke free and was flapping in the wind. Was a very stressful situation for me! Triad diverted a crew to come help. They were there amazingly fast and and had the problem fixed in no time at all. Huge relief!! Thanks Triad, your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Got a call today from Alf at Triad Signs telling me the small neon sign I had left a while back for repair was ready. I had expected a nominal charge for the repair, for I had told him on drop off , it was for the Royal Canadian Legion. Imagine my delight when I asked how much, he replied "Hey , its for the Legion, there is no charge" He understands that many Legions are pretty strapped for cash and this was his way of supporting a worthy organization.
As Remembrance Day draws closer and we are reminded of the sacrifices of those who gave their all for us, it is heartening to find generous business

I had a beautiful sign designed and installed by Triad in November 2013 for my store in Ladysmith, BC. I was so pleased that the first proof was beyond what I had envisioned for the style of sign I was looking to have. Also very pleased that the sign was completed ahead of schedule. Can't thank everyone at Triad enough for my pretty sign, it's perfect!

I have worked with Triad Sign Ltd. for three years now, each year on no less than 24 signs and banners. Their work is of incredible quality, even when we have completely missed the deadline and only provided them with our final artwork days before the signs were needed. They are professional, courteous and most helpful, even to the point of one of the owners helping our organization hang banners on a Sunday to ensure we were ready on time. They are actively contributing members of the community which, in my opinion, shows good old fashioned integrity, rarely found in the business world today.

I have dealt with Triad Sign for many years and have found them to be helpful and accommodating. I have taken ideas into them for banners and signs, and they have come back with suggestions of how to make them look better. I have been impressed by their quality of workmanship. I would do and recommend Triad Sign to everybody. I would suggest that anyone who needs signs to look at the signs on the Triad Sign website, go out to these businesses, check the sign quality and talk to the owners of these signs instead of reading reviews and blogs.
