I was looking for a trailer and was dealing with Neil. Neil was very helpful and easy to deal with. The pricing was great, and communication was easy. I had a look at some stock in the store while waiting for paperwork, and they seem to carry a good range of parts.
There is also a licensing office in town, so registration was quick and easy.
I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

We had a great experience here up until we were getting ready to leave. The prices are awesome, stuff is relatively easy to find. My partner and I drove from Sarnia to buy two water tanks. It was raining, I get it, but no one offered to help my partner load our tanks, let alone even tell us where we could park to load. Not a huge deal, we managed, but we got confronted by an employee on the way out who was asking what we were doing. We honestly thought he was going to accuse us of stealing by his tone, but he berated us for parking where we did. No problem, we can move, but it would be nice to

I needed some parts for my awning and the gentleman at NoroTech Inc. went out of his way to find the right parts and at a reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up my parts the courteous staff assisted me and had me on my way in no time. Thanks for the extra effort. Greatly Appreciated.

Had a great experience at Norotec. Travis helped me find and for the most of my parts had them in stock and at great prices . And what was not in stock was in the next day.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at this establishment. I was dealing with Neil and he doesn’t care about you one bit. He is rude! He’s a scammer. I drove 2 hrs to go pick up some brand new tires, little did I know once I picked them up, one of them had a patch in it. Also all 3 tires were different. I was told before I came all the way down to this guys dump that all the tires were identical and brand new. DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS OVER HERE! THEY WOULD screw you for 5$ If they could. Rude and plain ignorant is an understatement for how these people acted. AVOID THIS

Travis is a gem 💎. Great customer service, he went above and beyond. For further Rd/Trailer needs I will return because of him alone. Needed a locking access door for my propane tank, these guys carried a plethora of used ones all shapes and sizes. Shout out to Rob trying to mooch a good review;) great employee aswell !

Bought the 6x12 dump trailer Saturday in pristine condition May 4 and after the wet drive home rust shows up everywhere. I called in and was told this was normal. I was told nothing about surface rust not being warranteed when I purchased, but I was told normal rust was inevitable. I admit rusting is normal but see for yourself, is this normal after 1 days use? Also, I’m not sure how publishing my address refutes my claim. Incidentally I never asked for any money, just a solution and was told if I was unhappy to exchange it for a galvanized unit. As for your surveillance video, please post it
