I just bought a wedding there. They ruined the dress. The dress costed $2000 and the alterations were $475. I could have taken the dress to be altered in another place for cheaper, but the manager guarantee their work. She said they are experienced etc.. I trusted them. All the manager said after seeing the dress is sorry we could not do better. They did not offer a discount nothing. They did tried to fix it one more time but that was it. Do not alter you dress there.
