Millennium will send out a qualified consultant to the requested location to walk through with a designate and go over the cusotmers's concerns. Millennium will then provide the customer with a portfolio detailing any problem areas regarding security as well as a reasonable way to solve them.
Some areas in question may be fencing, lighting, points of entry, and internal or external theft and client policies and procedures regarding security and safety practices.Millennium's guards are trained and qualified to perform duties as required. Most police forces within Canada now require an emergency contact to attend at all alarm dispatches. Without this confirmed attendance, the police will simply not respond to the alarm call. Millennium Security will attend to the location and ensure everything is in order, reset the alarm if required or contact the necessary services.
The duties performed will be tailored to the needs of the client, event and site to be protected. Each stationary security site is unique, requiring site specific training and a separate set of procedures to be followed in order to properly secure and maintain control over the site. At Millennium Security, we aim to gather as much information as possible about any site we will be protecting, and then train our guards accordingly.
When you're home or out of town, Millennium's Mobile Patrol Unit will keep watch over your business or home. Keeping on eye on things and creating a visual presence with our marked patrol vehicles will deter thieves and vandals. Mobile patrols are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We'll be in control of any situation that may arise, so you can rest easy knowing that your investment is protected.
Whether your home is equipped with an alarm system or not, you can still enjoy the peace of mind offered by Millennium Security. We will visit your residence for a predetermined number of visits to ensure your residence is secure, contents and valuables are safe and such things as your furnance etc. are in working order, allowing you to enjoy your time away.

2 years ago, my fiancé and I moved into a new home near downtown Brantford. I wasn't exactly comfortable with the neighbourhood at the time so I insisted on getting a home security system with Millennium. Within a few days of contacting them, they came and installed everything we needed for our home. Their pricing is very reasonable, amazing customer service and I have felt much more secure and safe in our neighbourhood since having our system. Highly recommend!!

After a horrible experience with another security company we we referred to Michael at Millennium. He was very honest, friendly and informative. The purchase and install went great, but the customer service and help to get us used to the new system was so worth it. I would recommend Millennium for home and business.
