Big thank you to Kirk and the team at Ed's Tire for getting me fixed up at the very end of the day yesterday so that I could keep going. A big thank you to Konrad and his awesome crew for going out of their way to setup and install winter tires on my wife Jacquies car. It was very last. First day out seeding in 2017. Just a few hiccups to get rolling. A fan sensor went through the fan & had a few blocked runs shortly after. Probably a few bits of fan sensor I couldn't find to dig out. New Trellbourg tires on my liquid caddy from Ed's Tire are working great, nice even footprint now.

If honesty and integrity are important to you, go elsewhere. We needed two struts replaced and got used ones. My husband replaced one in just over an hour but didn't have time to do the second one. We brought the car to Ed's. We were charged 2 1/2 hours to do the one strut - the suggested time for doing both. The work order stated that one hole was stripped, so the strut was mounted by two bolts instead of three. The truth was that the technician was too lazy to remove a broken off bolt (my husband did it himself when we got the car back) and so lied about why we were allowed to leave with an unsafely

I told these guys "honestly the best service I've recieved" and truly meant it. As I didn't have anyone to pick me up while my car was getting worked on, they offered to drop me off and even pick me up! Work was done great and very fast as well.
Emailing the sales department was great, they went the extra mile helping me out.
