My wife and I have just purchased a small travel trailer from the wonderful staff at Mobilife RV Centre Kitchener. The experience could not have been more positive. I have just purchased gasket for windows... I was going to phone, but from experience it took me numerous times to speak to someone.. I recently bought gasket for windows, i paid for 18 feet and i only got 15 feet.. so for anyone purchasing this kinda thing.. check before parting with your money. At $8 per foot its not cheap!

Great place if your shopping for a camping trailer. I tried another place before mobilife and walked away mad. Never a straight answer hidden fees a horrible payment plan but was never told the interest rate lengths of loan etc.
Went to Mobilife found an even better one with same features for 25,000 less. Didn't need to ask the price, everything was up front and was told not to really buy until you find a lot first. They weren't in it to make a buck, they wanted to make sure we were making the right choice at the right time.

Worth the drive from Durham Region with our Roadtrek for great service.Had an emergency situation where we couldn't empty our waste tanks due to a macerator problem. Sharon worked with the service manager to find us a time slot for the repair and the mechanic Jeff did a superb job in a timely manner. All in all, extremely pleased with the help we received. Cannot recommend them enough.

We had the most wonderful experience here buying our pop-up tent trailer. The staff was AMAZING! Very helpful, experienced and kind. I would highly recommend this place if you want to buy a trailer or if you need your trailer serviced. The tent trailer that we bought is awesome! My kids absolutely LOVE it!!!

An excellent RV shopping experience!
My wife and I went to look at either doing some repairs or the possibly trading in our old travel trailer, and we wanted to work with a dealer that was closer to home than the last dealer we bought from.
Adam from the Sales Team was excellent! He talked to us about what we were looking for, showed us several models that were within the scope of what we wanted, talked to us about different features we were looking for, and best of all he didn't try to upsell us on something that we didn't need, but worked to get the best price for us based on what we needed

We bought our trailer end of June 2016. SO happy with the service provided to us. Adam (from sales) was friendly, helpful and not pushy (we despise pushy sales people). Ami was easy to get along with and very patient (we have 3 kids and they tagged along during this entire buying process). The walk through with the service department was very important and they took their time explaining the trailer, good things to know/watch for and answered all our questions. They also installed a trailer hitch same day! Highly recommend Mobilife to anyone looking for a trailer!!
