Terrible, terrible experience.... I had reservation for a kitchenette room. On arrival they decided to give me a room in a small building outside and away from the main building which looked unsafe. After insisting I will not go there they found a room in main building to accomodate me, promising to move me to a kitchenette in 2 days. I accepted same.
At 8AM I was awaken by sounds of large equipment banging and drilling with no prior notice of construction. I just accepted it. On day 2...same 8AM noise but this time the construction workers were attempting to remove my bedroom window. I being

There was no wifi in the anex building, my door was left open after the cleaners cleaned it one day, no ice machine, the wifi password written on my card was incorrect. Rooms were clean and the cleaners were super nice and accommodating.

Enjoyed our stay, they offer a discount for seniors. Also have a free breakfast room & a craft shop. The restaurant offers Chinese food & pizza.

Danger Bedbug ALERT !
I stayed in room 105 and within 2 hours I woke up with bites all over my body. When I complained to the night clerk she wasn't surprised.she just wanted to catch on in a glass and take pics of my bites. When I talked to the manager Dana she said I should be that she wouldn't charge me for the room. I ended up sleeping in a chair in another room. They tried to charge me $175 for that bug infested room. So I say go to the other hotel the Wood Buffalo there they treat you good and don't rip you off.. If you need more proof email me I'll send you pics and live videos of the little

Stayed in the main building. Room quite dated. Clean. Could use black out curtains in summer. Friendly staff.

Best Chinese food in the Northwest Territories. At least that is what we were told and it turned out to be true. The wine choice was also on the mark though the name of the wine shows that special BC sense of humour.

Stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling for business, checked in at 10:30pm after a horrific incounter with another hotel I refused to stay at cause it was a total dumb.
I attend an annual event at this hotel, and every time I go I have a pleasant experience with the staff!

Nice place to stop in Fort Smith if you're in town. I'd recommend going out at night and watching the Aurora. You're about a 10 minute walk from the Rapids which provide a decent viewing location. The restaurant attached to it is decent, too. It's open for 3 meals a day.

We went to the restaurant for dinner. The $20 special tasted good but the portion was small. My friend had plenty to eat but he spent over $30 on chinese food.
