Moira completed her Masters degree in physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. She has completed her Level 2 certification in Manual Therapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA), and is currently a member of both the Orthopaedic and Private Practice Divisions of the CPA.
Moira believes in evidence-based practice, leveraging both her clinical experience and healthcare-related research to provide the best care possible. In collaboration with an upper extremity orthopaedic specialist in Toronto Dr. Amr ElMaraghy, Moira has published several articles in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals on topics related to upper extremity pathology and treatment.

Physiotherapists (PTs) are regulated health professionals aimed at restoring and maintaining mobility and function. Our physiotherapists offer hands-on assessments of posture, flexibility, strength, movement ability, and body balance. We think it's important that you understand your condition, and we work with you to develop functional goals to measure your progress through the rehabilitative process.
The RED CORD system was first introduced in Norway in 1991, and is now used by physiotherapists and doctors in over 20 countries to promote rehabilitation, functional strength training, and injury prevention. FLUID MOTION PHYSIOTHERAPY is the only clinic in the Maritimes to include Red Cord assessment and treatment techniques as part of our services.
Occupational therapists (OTs) are regulated health professionals aimed at helping people continue to engage in the activities that are important to them, despite injury, illness, or environmental barriers. Our occupational therapists work with people experiencing mental, cognitive, and physical illness or injury.
We offer 60 minute assessments and either 30 minute or 60 minute treatment sessions depending on need. You will spend the full time scheduled with the same, dedicated and licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist. Fees are the same for physiotherapy and occupational therapy. In home assessment/treatment cost includes travel within 25km of our clinic.
