Automotive manufacturing has come a long way, and today's vehicles are far more advanced with artificial intelligence than they were in the past. At Hebb's Automotive, our licensed technicians use the latest technology to diagnose your car's built-in computer systems. That allows us to pinpoint any problems and fix them properly the first time.
When you turn on your air conditioning (AC) to max, it actually is recirculating the air inside your car. Our technicians know you want to flip on the AC in your car and immediately feel a nice cool breeze chilling the inside of your vehicle. Like other mechanical parts, the components that make up your braking system can wear out.
At this time we remain open. Automotive mechanics are deemed essential during this pandemic, and as such we will remain open and serving our customers. To ensure the safety of our clients and our staff we ask that no more than two customers be in our office space at any one time, to adhere to the social distance policy from the Department of Health.

Great service, they repaired my car in a timely manner and they were proactive on showing me the broken parts of my car that they repaired. They also showed me videos of the quality of the damaged parts while they were still on the car before repairing. Prices are more than reasonable and I'm very satisfied!!

I can't say enough about the professional and honest staff at Hebb's Automotive. They went above and beyond for me and I can't say thank you enough!!! Not only did you fix an issue that for over 1.5 yrs has been driving me crazy but you also informed me about issues with my exhaust others had failed to mention.
I've read some of the reviews here and I have to say I can see some fakes pretty easily and I hope in reading this people will see what amazing mechanics you are and trust you with their vehicles as I did.

These guys blatantly lied to me and tried to rip me off.
I brought my car in for an MVI and they said I need a brake job before passing the inspection. I took the car and got the brakes done elsewhere with better prices. When I called Hebb's back to book another MVI, they remembered me and after initially making an appointment with me for this week, they called me back shortly after to say the person who does the MVIs is actually on vacation for the next two weeks.
My partner called back the next day from a different number and lo and behold, the MVI guy was not on vacation and there were appointments

Quite possibly the best automotive shop ever! I have been going here for several years and have always received above and beyond customer service. Prices are very fair and Darrell and Mildred have always gone the extra mile for me. Will never forget the times they came to jump start my car to get it in for a new battery, or the time my exhaust system suddenly gave out and they stayed late to fix it (same day) before going on vacation.

My second time going to Hebb's and there's a very high likelihood I will never go anywhere else. Darrell and Mildred are fantastic, honest, upfront and kept me up-to-date on my car throughout the entire process. My car was causing me a nightmare of a time, but my experience with Hebb's was a dream. I felt entirely respected. They took me in right away when my car completely conked out on Bayers Road (without getting into details on the whole sordid experience) and did their best to keep the cost down. I've been in the market for a truck for a while and finally bought one after looking at several, and bringing two different ones into Hebb's for inspections. Both times, they did an exceptional job of telling me what was good and bad on each one.

I'll describe my experience as enlightening, but I'll give you the facts and you can decide for yourself. I dropped my car at Hebb's for tire installation and a safety inspection. They called later to advise me the fuel lines and filler cap were rotting and there was evidence of seepage. After a courteous explanation, they said they could do the work with a used part to save me money. Their estimate for tire installation/fuel line replacement/parts/safety inspection was $745 tax included. Rather than whipping out the ol' charge card I said I'd need to think about it. I

I need my car serviced and thought it would not hurt to get a job quote before I roll in there and let them take over like I had done in the past at other shops and got billed for more work then I went in for. I e-mailed the shop two weeks ago NO REPLY. Then a few days back thought well I will try calling. I left a message on the answering machine. NO RETURN PHONE CALL. Amazing place!! Darrell and his wife, Mildred. Are beyond kind and go the extra mile to help- without crazy prices. Darrell is beyond fair with his prices for labor, and will always try to fix the problem and completely satisfy you. They went the extra mile for me recently, dealing with my warranty company and calling around the country for a part. Amazing business.
