My Father in-law was struggling communicating because of his loss of hearing. I contacted Hall Tel. for help. They offered me a few different options and I chose the one they recommended for the situation. Shortly after that I bought another for a different room so my Father in-law would not have to rush to get the "good" phone. Shortly after my Father in-law wanted to get a phone for his brother who is also 90+. They now can communicate and enjoy each others company. Hall Tel. went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed to help my Father in-law. It's hard to find this level of service
