NOTICE TO BORROWER(S) - Mortgage brokerages must inform you whether a lender has an ownership interest in the mortgage brokerage, the number of lenders the mortgage brokerage is capable of submitting an application to, and the names of those lenders.

Very happy with the service we got from Shawna MacDonald and team. We got preapproved several months ago. The approval process went smoothly and they answered any question we had very quickly. All the staff helped us were extremely professional. They were very patient as the months went by while we looked for a house. They kept in touch the whole time. When we finally made an offer they informed us that we were still locked in at a great rate. They even negotiated with the lender to help extend the rate a little longer to make the possession date. Can't say enough about Shawna's knowledge and professionalism. She personally walked me through the process and gave solid advice. My journey to finally taking the step to purchase a home took a couple years and Shawna always remembered me when I called for advice and was patient and inviting. We recently purchased our first home with the help of Shawna, who was extremely helpful througout the process. She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision on a lender, but also gave her opinion on which would be best for us, and was able to clearly justify her reasoning.
