They take the time to answer all my questions and will show me exactly what they're talking about. When my vehicle is repaired, they show me the old parts. My neighbour recommended this shop to me.
Now my entire family goes there. I took my wife's Subaru in for a new radiator, they quoted me for a new one. When I picked up the car all that was needed was a new hose and some fluid and that was all that was done. Thank you for the quick and honest service. Service is fast and great. They repair my tire promptly, and also check and adjust pressure of other three tires which is additional service free of charge.

Ignition - bad spark plugs, coil, or wires, defective ignition switch, cracked rotor or distributor cap. Fuel Injection - malfunction of fuel pump, faulty gas cap, vacuum leak, failing EGR valve.
We offer a complimentary inspection with every oil change we perform, including lights, fluids, tire conditions and pressures, belts, air filters, cabin air filters. We provide Synthetic Blend and Full Synthetic Oil changes based on vehicle specifications and your personal preference. Some foreign imports and specific models require very specific oil and filters.

Took my new Ford Explorer in today to have some mud flaps installed.
Had brought my own set to have installed. We realized the ones I brought weren’t going to fit.(being a new vehicle)
Larry and his team contacted ford to see if they had parts in stock they did so a courteous call to my self saying ford has mud flaps to fit would I like to have them installed. I said yes go ahead.
Upon dropping my vehicle of 8am this morning. Got the call saying vehicle all done around 1030 super fast service.
Larry and his technicians did a great job here is a picture of vehicle on hoist ,shop very clean

Worst place ever, They did my alignment 6 months ago. noticed that all 4 tires wore off completely uneven, went there showed them, and nothing. They said we bought the business and are not liable for the previous owner, and yet the carry on the same business name.
The did over to replace tires and redo the alignment an my cost. But it was entirely their fault that all 4 tires are garbage now that were relatively new and i also have to pay for another weel-alignement. Thx for nothing.

I have brought my truck in a few times as well as family members and had a wonderful experience. Under the new ownership, things have changed completely. The shop has been cleaned and renovated and it shows the the new owners really take pride in what they do. I had a power steering pump on my dodge that needed to be replaced and not only did they replace the pump they found a leak on the steering box and replaced the o rings and tightened up the lines to stop the leak that caused the pump to fail in the first place. The new owners of Ideal Auto and Tire go above and beyond to satisfy their customers
