Highly recommend!!! I am so grateful to the team at NKLock & Security for responding so quickly to my urgent request and for doing such a great job. I needed a keyless entry lock installed urgently, so that home support workers could provide elder care, and I live on the other side of the country.
They had a suitable lock in stock and despite their busy schedule they installed it the next day. Great quality, and speedy installation.

I locked myself out of my parent's home and NKLock & Security were able to come in a timely manner and when it was convenient for me to be there. The technician was on time, friendly, professional, explained what he had to do and gave me options. I am completely satisfied and it was good value for the service I received. It was my fault for not first asking the price but I don't feel that I received good value at NKLock. I was charged the full rekey price for an already disassembled lock (required only swapping 1-5 pins) - and the same price to rekey a door handle lock ($25 each). Work was done fast (minimal wait) and was good quality.

I called Nepean Kanata Lock & Door Service on Monday. Inquiring about how quickly they could help me with my front door handle and lock that broke in half the night before. The earliest they could come would be Wed. I explained I wanted a solid product that wouldn't break in half. They recommended I buy one of their lesser quality brands and order their more solid door handle, because they don't carry the more solid brand. To order it would take two weeks. I was able to get a more responsive lock smith to install a solid all metal door handle and lock within three hours of my call Monday morning
