I hired this company to clean a new house that was empty before I moved my family with two small children into it (6 weeks old and 2.5yrs). She told me she would have no problem getting someone to steam clean and pet treat the carpets because previous owners had a cat and so do we. The evening before we moved in she told me that the guy she hired didn't show so they cleaned the carpets and pet treated them. She charged me to same rate that he would have billed. I found out that he was never booked for the carpet cleaning, the carpets were filthy and stained, the bathrooms weren't cleaned

I'm really, really unhappy with the service. When I called the owner, she seemed no nonsense and she gave me a quote on a deep clean on my house which was going on the market. She sent me a FAQ, the quote and testimonials. I felt like I was in good hands. When they showed up, it was a gaggle of low-paid teenagers who didn't take any pride in their work. They broke a stained glass welcome sign in my window. Instead of getting an apology, I got attitude. "Well, did you read the FAQ. ALL personal items should be put away!"

I have been using Pristine clean for a few years now on a biweekly basis and can't express how much I love the days they come over. I walk in to a fresh, clean house and instantly feel so happy. They do a good job, the house sparkles, and if I want them to pay special attention to any area I just leave a quick note. They are reliable, very professional, reasonable priced and Michelle Moore is a charm to deal with.
The girls that come over send my dogs in spins, my dogs get so excited to see them.
