Very unimpressed with the customer service. We ordered an above-ground pool from Clarks. Overall the pool that we received and the kit itself was wonderful. We received tons of extras we were not expecting , like a vacuum and test strips. However, where things fell flat was in their customer service. The woman who answers their phone was condescending, dismissive, rude and unprofessional each time we attempted to contact Clarks. We will not be dealing with Clarks in the future, and won't be recommending them to anyone. We planned to purchase pool chemicals and test our pool water there for the

Absolutely stay away from this business. Purchased a Spa from them, and notified them of a faulty wifi, jets and led light well within the warranty period. They treated me like it was my problem, unwillingly said they would send somebody, made a date, then never showed. I recontacted them at a later date and was once again treated like crap...obvious that they had no concern or intent on making the problem right. Both times, I was told, their service guy would know nothing about the wifi. Why sell a product that you know nothing about? I have never been treated so poorly by any business. Both the
