It is important to hire a professional to maintain your hedge as it requires skill and experience to trim a hedge properly.
Sometimes, due to age, neglect or winter damage, a cedar hedge can become too large or damaged to be worth the effort of maintaining it. Keep in mind a large overgrown hedge can only be cut back so much approx. 1/4 of its height can be removed from the top and in a lot of cases only around 1/8 of the width can be removed.
Providing privacy options that a simple 7ft fence cannot offer eastern white cedars do not shed all their leaves in the fall, thus providing year round privacy. We use only the highest quality fully cultivated eastern white cedar hedges. These are not the typical spindly field cedars that you find at most garden centers.
Let us take your old and tired hedge and turn it into a brand new healthy hedge. All our removal services include full removal of all debris and stumps. Our planting services include fully cultivated nursery grade cedars. These cedars spend 2 years growing in a green house followed by another 5-6 years growing in a field where they receive constant care to make sure they grow to be the fullest they can be.

I ask this company to plant the hedge in my back yard border for 80 feet, in the all the process of this project they work professionally.
1- When I ask They come for quote online they call me in short time as possible, and schedule the time for visit the project

Hedge King did an amazing job on the cedar hedges on our property. Some of our hedges were overgrown, so trimming them back and giving them a nice shape was a huge job. The team worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, on time, friendly and personable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We will definitely work with this team in the future!

We had about 300 feet of very overgrown cedar hedges due to previous owner neglect, which gave no choice but to remove and replant new. After evaluating a number of firms we either found that a) They did not service our area (Russell, Ont.) b) Where not qualified/confident to perform the work c) Just way too expensive. After some discussion with Tom from Hedge King he agreed to perform the work even if outside their normal service area. His team came and conquered our hedge beast over two days in an efficient/professional manner.

Rude, discourteous and unprofessional. Set appointment and awaited Hedge KIng's arrival. At set time, found stranger wandering in my back yard. When confronted, he admitted that he was Tom Atkin from Hedge King. I explained that he should first knock on front door, introduce himself and get permission to enter property to which he replied "I don't need this grief." I dismissed him immediately.
