I ordered 48 long-stem multicoloured roses for my MILs bday. I paid extra for the flowers, the box and also upgraded the greenery to premium as well. The flowers were arranged in bundles of 12 and placed in the box as if they were purchased in bulk- not very nicely arranged. Bundles were upside down. There was not additional greenery either. That aside, the quality of the roses appeared to be very nice. I thought that there would be more colour variety as shown in the picture aside from just pink red and white. The pictured showed orange and yellow in addition to pink and red.

I ordered flowers for my daughters 21st birthday. Firstly, they were not delivered on her birthday nor was there any attempt to be delivered on her birthday. Secondly, the following day I called the 888. number, I explained the issue and the lady said she had a bad connection and verified my number and said she would call me back immediately ... NO CALL BACK. 8 minutes later I called again and spoke to another agent who informed me she would look into it and call me back within 30 minutes ... NO CALL BACK. Mortified, is all I can say. My boss's mother passed on Sunday. I paid $290 USD for the biggest most beautiful white sympathy bouquet to send to the family. What was sent was a very small bouquet, probably about $49 dollars worth of flowers with colors (purple, yellow, etc) that look like a birthday bouquet in a cheap vase.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE. This is the WORST business I have ever dealt with. I ordered Item a3073, a braided stem money tree, for $150 plus tax. When the plant arrived it had obviously been sawn off and allowed to regrow (see picture). When I both phoned and emailed the company to raise the issue that what I received bore no resemblance to the web site photo, I received an email response that the plant was "fresh and healthy" and I should braid it myself. Further the email was not "signed" so I had no one to go back to. Absolutely appalling business practices. I have never written

Extremely disappointed! I ordered flowers for a special occasion and they arrived at 7pm after all the guests had left. I paid for a bigger arrangement but it looked like even less than the basic one. It was supposed to be a thoughtful gift to make someone feel special and it ended up being awkward and embarrassing. Do not recommend!

Sent my sister a birthday bouquet yesterday and they arrived on time! They were beautiful!! Absolutely as pictured from their website! Flowers were fresh and vibrant. She loved them. I’m happy. Be aware - my husband and my son wanted to surprise me for first day of spring and ordered from this compnay my favourite flowers which I buy on a weekly basis during this time for 6.99. They spend for the exact number of tulips almost 50 dollars and we got this (see images ) the arrangement seemed that someone just pushed 10 tulips and the white flowers ( which we didn’t even include as my son has severe allergic reactions to the white flowers ) - the flowers died the next day and the arrangement was nothing like what he saw online - it was poor quality and just pushed together - when I called

Ordered flowers that looked lovely online and even paid for a premium upgrade. The flowers were the most awful bunch I've ever seen and I paid almost $80 for the ghastly arrangement. It was delivered in clear plastic wrap (!!) with hideous orange and pink cheap ribbon. What a disaster and I was so embarrassed for using having chosen this vendor. I even emailed them with my concerns and they didn't bother with a response or acknowledgement. NEVER AGAIN! Find another florist for your needs. You're welcome.

I had input my card number wrong online and they emailed me to notify me so I called in and gave alternative payment.
Even though I called just after the cut off time, they were accommodating and my flowers were delivered to the recipient that evening.
Wanted something fun and colourful.
Very fair pricing, bouquet turned out beautifully, and came in a glass vase.

First: The recipient never received the flowers.
Second: when I asked them why, they sent me a picture of the flowers at their door and The flowers that I ordered was not the ones that was showing on the picture.
When they sent me the delivery notice in an email, I told my friend that she has flowers at her door. She opened the door and found nothing. I think they just put flowers, take pictures, take the flowers back and leave.
Don't trust them.

Dishonest and rude! I ordered a funeral arrangement with Ray specifically with red carnations and white daisies to match the funeral flower theme. They delivered an arrangement with orange lilies, orange roses and white baby breath without contacting me! We took 15 min with funeral home concierge to look for the arrangement until we realized that… the orange arrangement was mine... When I called the next day, I was told someone will get back to me within 24 hours, nobody did. I called again in a few days and got a hold of Ray. He said those were the flowers on hand and they arranged a bigger

Sadly, my father suddenly passed away 5 months later and I called Jaklen again to place a funeral order. They did my wedding flowers, and every thing was done to perfection exactly how I wanted. They used a combination of warm tone roses, calla lilies and other beautiful flowers. All the center pieces looked great!! All the arrangements were so glamorous!! I am glad that I choose you!! Truly one of the best in town. Very caring and helpful staff. Dishonest and Untrustworthy Company. DO NOT buy from them. Believe it or not...if you order something from this company, and they do not have it - without telling you they will switch it out for something they do have and ship that. When I discovered that they substituted a cheap plant for the expensive one i ordered, they WILL NOT refund my money. UNBELIEVABLE. Spread the word.

I love this florist, since they are very caring and helpful with the choice of the flowers and arrangements that I was looking for.
