Remove and dispose of existing carpet and baseboard. Remove closet completely. Fill in gaps left by the closet removal with drywall and plaster. Paint the ceiling and 4 walls. Install flooring. Before and after pictures as shown. A most excellent job handled by Project Manager, Keith Rout and his crew. Also, special kudos to Jesús, one of Keith’s crew, who is an excellent drywall and flooring specialist.

Paul Napolitano, President, visited our home to see what we had in mind for renovation of our bathroom. He was most pleasant and professional and drew up a contract incorporating our wishes. He then assigned Mike Xidis as our Project Manager. Mike listened to our wishes as the project progressed and our thoughts changed and solved problems that arose. He made excellent suggestions, helped us source and select fixtures, and kept things moving smoothly. Mike brought George and Thomas as our principal construction workers. We have had 2 projects this year with Keith Rout as the project manager. The first was in the summer with some external painting, railing, deck and stonework. It went so well we had them back in the fall for some internal paint, casing and trim. Another great job. The professionalism, responsiveness and quality are why we would refer them and have them back again.

This was a renovation that cost over $100,000 and my wife and I have been trying for over a year to get Royal to fix the deficiencies. We now have 2 water leaks from plumbing installation, improperly installing a $3000 )spa tub (which we can't use) that they say they don't have the paperwork to prove they installed it. There were 3 Royal home… improvements employees with us when we selected and purchased the tub. Electrical issues. Water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom etc etc. I have been extremely patient and thought Royal home improvements would honour their word. I would have given

We hired RHI in June for a kitchen renovation. Because of unforeseen circumstances within the company, the start date was delayed for some time. Once the project began, for the most part work was done well even though there was a little lack of professionalism on the part of some of the contractors. However our replacement project manager, Mike, doing double-duty, did an amazing job of keeping us in the loop and arranging for completion of the kitchen by the time our visiting family arrived. Both Sharon's cabinet company and the counter-top supplier were exemplary on all fronts.

This is my fourth time hiring Royal Home Improvements and I must say, as in the past I haven't been disappointed. The work that was done was professional and detailed. It was important to the contractors that I was totally happy with the renovations and should there be a problem they were more than happy to rectify the situation.
