VALDOR Engineering Inc. is an employee-owned consulting civil engineering firm providing land development and municipal engineering services to both private and public sector clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area and South Central Ontario. Under the direction of the Heads of Municipal Design, VALDOR and our skilled and experienced team of project managers, design engineers and technicians work closely with our clients and other external design disciplines throughout the planning, preliminary engineering and detailed design stages to navigate the approvals process for Plan of Subdivision applications in order to secure all required federal, provincial, municipal and CA approvals.

VALDOR provides engineering services in support of Site Plan applications for many types of development including, low-rise and high-rise condominium developments, elementary and secondary schools, post-secondary institutions, industrial sites, commercial sites, libraries, arenas, health centres, long term care facilities, seniors buildings, places of worship, municipal buildings, parks and recreation spaces, aboriginal housing, affordable housing, etc.

VALDOR WATER RESOURCES formed in response to the demand for private and public sector projects to achieve compliance with the evolving and increasingly stringent stormwater management (SWM) and flood risk management criteria in Southern Ontario. Our specialized team undertakes complex assignments for a wide variety of water resources related issues including projects following the Municipal Class EA process.

VALDOR maintains a full time and dedicated Construction Department consisting of experienced Construction Managers and Construction Inspectors. Our Construction Managers and Inspectors act as a liaison between the Client, the Contractor and the Government Bodies/Agencies i.e.
