1 mowat Christmas day the parking lots,the steps to the main lot and the building entry ways ice covered.Called left message,with no response.Sanding truck did not show up till the next day at 6am.Company certainly does not care about resident safety.

the company is not responsive or professional. Never in the office - does not respond to phone calls or e-mails, even to make simple changes like changing banking options
