Extremely disappointed bride. The photos I sent Rana for my bouquet looked nothing like the flowers I received the day of my wedding. Her excuse was that because I had a COVID wedding she couldn’t order the flowers I requested because the government could’ve shut down weddings at any moment and she would suffer a loss. Never once did she mention that to me. In addition, my husband had a large floral arrangement sent on that day costing 250$. Every single flower was dead 2 days after delivery. When I emailed Rana politely explaining my disappointment, she wrote me back once with plenty of excuses

Ruined my special day! Came with pictures of exactly what I wanted and ask for bridemaids size because my dress was too pretty to hide. She clearly wanted to cheat me by charging me bridal price for the bridesmaids size, walked down the isle with 4 flowers!!!!! And my bridesmaids walked down with 3 flowers like we were all flower girls! And the price tag for 13 flowers was 300$ which she decided not to charge us, but my pictures Are for life. If I posted a picture, you would laugh.

To Rana and Grace: thank you for everything!! So patient, relaxed and professional. They put my mother and i with so many contacts to different people in the decoration industry for my wedding. Grace is so sweet and even came to the house to help us decorate. The flowers were stunning, fresh for the day of and very elegant. The completed everything i wanted. Thank you again!

Good quality flowers, good service (they treat you like family) and amazing floral stylists. I loved my bridal bouquet it was STUNNING. They recommend tips for saving money and don’t try to milk you dry. Unlike other flower shops who ask you for the venue location before anything else before they ask for what you want. Would recommend for anyone looking for floral arrangements for a special occasion and future brides and grooms.

After speaking with many florist for our wedding we ended the search as soon as we Met Grace and Rana from Aura, they had way to make us feel at ease with everything and really comforted us. They absolutely took all the stress away from my wife and the final product they developed and produced was perfect and exceeded all expectations. They were present the day of the wedding setting everything up not just the flowers making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciate them and couldn't be happier with our decision. Was very unprofessional and rude when she was called on several things she had not done that she had specifically charged extra for. Yelled at the bride for telling her she had not done what she ordered. Would not recommend her at all.
