Circle K Groundworks provided me with absolutely amazing service! What started as a simple septic tank maintenance pump turned into fantastic insight and advice on how to ensure our system is well kept and that we wouldn't have issues going into the winter months. Bill provided me with great advice and we decided to replace our pump and do a full retrofit install of the internals of our septic tank. Rosie was very responsive and helpful, she made sure that we got service during an emergency pump that we needed done. First off if I could give Circle K Groundworkâs more then 5 stars I would! We started using their services 3 years ago to just clean out our septic tank. But then soon after that we started having issues with holes popping up around our tank and septic field. Every time we called them they were out to help us that day. Even when our pump stopped working at 9 pm on a -30 winter night they came out ASAP to help us. After they checked out our field and discovered that it had completely failed (due to previous house owner fault), Circle K and us started to put a plan together on how we were going

Had a septic inspection the other day. Moved around their schedule to accommodate me. Showed up early, did their inspection and gave me a detailed report on the failure. He consulted with me about possible options and explained building/septic codes. Very friendly, extremely helpful, highly professional and knowledgeable. Will be using them again
