Customer service was not on point. Was given a price and charged another. Not professional. Seems like most people are having similar issues. Regret not reading theyre reviews before going in. Id definitely take that one star back if i could but unfortunately i cant. One would think after all theses reviews they would change a bit.run me back my money

Been going on and off for years since it's close by, but today is the last time I give them my business. Honestly this place takes way too many clients at once and is rushed and sloppy. I do not recommend it anymore. The owner did my nails, he lied on the phone saying he offers a service (sns dip nails) when in fact he does a modified version which is not at all the same. He was so busy taking payments from other clients and answering the phone that he wasnt listening to me and cut off my nails short thinking I wanted tips/extensions even though I specified I wanted it on my natural nails. I had to ask my nail tech three times to cut my nails during my pedicure. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all.
Nail polishes are old and have grown thick, resulting in a poor finish.
My mom got shellac colour and they charged her an extra $10 for ‘cuticles’ when there was no additional charge indicated on the price board.
I wouldn’t go back there.

I am extremely unpleased with my experience! I got acrylic nails and each nail was either lop sided or just had a different shape. In addition, 3 of my nails had a bumpy surface that was very noticeable. I do not like writing negative reviews, but today one of my nails broke only after a week of getting them done. My fresh set didn't even have time for a refill.

I have been going to Happy Nails for 6 months since I got pregnant. I specifically ask for Gel nails each time I go because it is a healthier option to Acrylic and safer for the baby. By fluke I had gone twice to another salon for a refill and I was told that I had Acrylic on my nails by both salons. They explained the difference to me and showed me the products. I now realized that Happy nails have been putting Acrylic on my nails this whole time and charging me the gel price instead of the cheaper acrylic price!
