Some people want to buy the biggest diamond possible. Is this always the right choice? Mr. McMurray, your comment is indeed incorrect. Why would anyone be annoyed at a price that was agreed upon? I will refresh your memory. I too have the claim check and you are correct there is an amount written on the claim check for the initial repair I asked for, however, after receiving the claim check I went back in your store to also ask you to make the ring smaller. I asked you at that time how much more that would be and YOU said not much more, I actually asked you twice and both times you said it won't be much more. There was no changes to my claim check and you didn't give me a new one

I don't seem to be able to log in to my account to reply to Kim's critique of our store, so I am posting this as a comment. I am sorry you feel this way, but you were informed in the store as to the cost while you spoke to me and my co-worker. It was printed on your claim tag, I even went through the old tags left at pick-up to make sure it was printed on there.. I am not sure how giving you the price, as well as it being printed very clearly on the claim tag, that you left the store with when you dropped the ring off could be seen a shady.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff at The Hunt House Fine Jewellery & Gifts were very helpful. The store is beautiful! And the quality of the jewellery is second to none with pricing that is incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be back. Hopefully, to pick out one of their beautiful engagement rings.
