Provinces and territories can also recruit candidates from the Express Entry system through their Provincial Nominee Programs to meet local labor market needs. Ministerial Instructions set out the rules for governing the Express Entry application management system. You may be able to use some of your time spent in Canada as a temporary resident or protected person towards your physical presence calculation. Each day spent physically in Canada as a temporary resident or protected person before becoming a permanent resident within the last 5 years will count as one half day, with a maximum of 365 days, towards your physical presence.

DO NOT USE TRIDENT IMMIGRATION, YOU WILL BE ROBBED! Kuldeep Bansal is an extremely unprofessional person running several scams . Most 5 star Google ratings are fake, click on any of the usernames and you will see that the accounts have only reviewed Bansals businesses, Delta Golf Course Overseas Immigration and Trident Immigration. Google Kuldeep Bansal and you will find several articles pertaining to lawsuits files against him. Furthermore, look up Overseas Immigration on Facebook and you'll see examples of how many people he's scammed.
