Doug and I used Bates Home Improvements for three bathroom makeovers and tiling work in the entrance and laundry room. The work was done professionally, and on time. They communicated very well with us, and the results are beautiful! I highly recommend them as they are honest and reliable and don't cut corners!

I hired Jeff and his team for my basement renovation and I am extremely happy with their work! They are very knowledgeable, professional, with strong communication skills.
