JB fabrication and welding is a design, fabrication, machining and welding company located at the east end of the inland empire. Prototyping, reverse engineering and challenging one off projects is our specialty. We build, modify and repair projects made from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, plastics, and composites.

JB Fabrication and Welding is skilled at welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium. In the Tig welding process (gtaw) we weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum and titanium. In the Mig welding process (gmaw) we weld steel stainless steel and aluminum. Each process is utilized in the production of parts of an assembly where it yields the best results for the required application and budget.
JB fabrication and welding has cnc capabilities that allow us to design, fabricate and machine unique parts for projects. When multiple parts are needed for a project, CNC machines produce these parts quickly, accurately and repeatably. Parts are designed specifically for the project, no time wasted ordering then modifying to fit.
CNC plasma cutting is a cost effective way to cut multiple parts from metal. This versatile process allows for quick, accurate and repeatable production of computer designed parts. Custom designed and cnc plasma cut brackets, panels and fixtures take any project to the next level of form and function.
From simple letter signs to complex multi part assemblies, our cnc routing machines cut and engrave wood, plastic, foam, aluminum, acrylic and many other materials. We can work with customer files or design parts in house for fast turn around and delivery. Cnc routers cut parts that are very difficult to cut by hand and with repeatable precision.
Semi truck air conditioner system. This is a 15,000 BTU 110v air conditioner installed in a semi truck to cool the cab space when the primary motor is turned off. This is a auxiliary air conditioner that is able to run on an inverter for short periods of time less than a half hour or a portable generator providing 110 power for longer periods of time.
