Anodyne Chiropractic and Sports Therapy was established by Dr Mark P. Timmins in Grande Prairie in 2001, and is a partnership between Dr. Mark P. Timmins, Dr. Kenzo Takeuchi, and Dr. Darcy Krawec. Often the result of overuse, these conditions can be treated through movement-based soft tissue therapy targeted at the muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. The technique was pioneered by Dr. Michael Leahy in the 1980s, and many doctors and patients since have found ART to provide a rapid route to healing and be a contributor to long-term physical health and performance.
DTS treatments use decompression, the unloading due to distraction and proper position of the spine through traction, to decompress the vertebral structures of the spine. This gentle process separates the vertebral structures, unloads the spine, and allows the spine increased nutrition and blood contact to help the spinal structures heal.
Therapeutic shockwaves were introduced as a medical treatment for elminating kidney stones without causing skin injury, over 20 years ago. Some of the side effects discovered while using this treatment, were both the bone healing and accelerated tissue healing results on the areas submitted to shockwave treatment.
Find a way to get your body moving, whether it's playing with the kids, taking dance classes, walking the dog, using the stairs rather than the elevator, or parking your car at the far end of the parking lot. Of course, a workout at home or at the gym is great too. The goal is to get moving and get your heart pumping.

My daughter has severe eczema and we had gone to her for answers on what is causing her condition as she is extremely itchy. We stared off with a test to determine her food sensitivities, this was helpful in eliminating possible triggers. A costly test but worth it. After following her recommendations for 3 months nothing had changed. We had gone for a follow up where she had suggested certain supplements to help heal her guts another couple months went by, no change. On our last follow up appointment she was very short and abrupt. Wanted to suggest more supplements and herbs but with no real theory

Bed was terrible, I asked for massage therapist to adjust the roll support and she didnt, pressure was too much and i kept asking for less pressure over and over. Asked for massage on lower back, neck and shoulders and legs, she spent 45 minutes on lower back and rest on shoulders. Will not go back.

I can't say enough good things about this Chiropractic office. The work they did for me has made a huge difference to the way my body feels and functions, and after trying a few chiropractors this was a fantastic surprise. Aside from that, the front desk ladies are friendly and helpful, all the time! I don't need to go back, because they've made that much of a difference, but i would in a heartbeat. I recommend this team for anyone, and everyone.
